What we collect
When you submit our forms we collect first name, last name, email, and phone. Through cookies and similar tech we may collect device/browser information, pages viewed, clicks, conversions and IP-based geodata.

Technologies we use
Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA, Hotjar, Statcounter, email/CRM Brevo, YouTube and Vimeo players, and Google Maps embeds. Our hosting is Hostinger.

How we use your data (purposes)

  • To respond to inquiries and send quotes.
  • Marketing with your consent (newsletters, promotions, retargeting).
  • Analytics & conversion measurement to improve campaigns.
  • Security/anti-fraud (including Google reCAPTCHA).

Legal bases
Consent (marketing/analytics where required), performance of a contract (responding to your request), and legitimate interests (site security and service improvement). Double opt-in is used for email sign-ups. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Sharing with processors
We share data with service providers acting on our instructions: Brevo, Google (GA4/Ads/reCAPTCHA/Maps), Meta (Pixel), Hotjar, Statcounter, YouTube, Vimeo, and Hostinger (hosting). We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may be deemed “sharing” under California law—see our Do Not Sell or Share page.

International transfers
Your data may be processed in Mexico, the United States, Canada or the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention
Leads that do not convert are kept for 24 months. Certain records may be stored longer to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and to opt-out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information.
